The API Sniffer extension operates locally on your device. We prioritize user privacy and transparency.

• No Personal Data Collected: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII).
• Network Traffic Analysis: The extension inspects network requests (XHR/Fetch) strictly within your browser. This data is not sent to any external server.
• Local Storage: Captured data and settings are stored locally via the Chrome Storage API and removed when you clear cache or uninstall.

2 Permissions Usage

We request specific permissions to ensure functionality:

• webRequest & webRequestBlocking: Used solely to listen for outgoing network requests.
• storage: Used to save your filter preferences locally.
• activeTab / Host Permissions: Required to inspect traffic on the website you are debugging.

3 Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your information to outside parties. The extension does not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies.
